Your bursary and grant will be paid directly into your Bank of Building Society account by your University. (If you are studying medicine or dentistry in England, you will be paid by Cardiff University).
To do this we need your Bank or Building Society details to pass them on to your University.
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership will process your application, but won't be able to see your bank details. We only share your details with your University.
Your Bank or Building Society details, as well as all the other information you enter in your profile and bursary application, will be encrypted for your security.
To confirm your details are correct, we will ask you to enter your Sort Code and Account Number twice, and we will tell you if they don't match.
Some companies take a small deposit out of your account and then put it back in to check your account details are correct. We don't do this. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact your Bank or Building Society immediately.
